• What is a vaporizer?

   

  A vaporizer is any device designed to heat and vaporise active ingredients from e-liquids or dry herbs without burning them. In the UK, vaporizers are most commonly used with e-liquids in electronic cigarettes, vape pods, e-pipes, and e-cigars.

  All e-cigarettes are technically vaporizers ( Vapes ), but not all vaporizers are e-cigs. The key difference is in design and use.

• What are Liquamizers, Clearomizers, and Vape Tanks?

  In simple terms, these all refer to containers that hold e-liquid (vape juice). A clearomizer is typically a transparent plastic or glass tank that stores your e-juice and includes a built-in atomizer. Inside, it contains wicks that soak up the liquid and deliver it to the heating coil, which produces vapour. A Liquamizer is an ePuffer-specific term, used mainly for our electronic pipes. It refers to a glass tank designed to hold e-liquid and comes with disposable atomizer coils.

• What are Cigalikes, E-Cig Cartridges, and Cartomizers?

  As the name suggests, a cigalike is an e-cigarette designed to resemble the look and feel of a traditional tobacco cigarette, often similar in shape and size. With rechargeable models, the battery can be reused, but the cartridge that holds the e-liquid is disposable and needs replacing.

  In the early days of vaping, cartridges were bulky and made up of three separate parts: a container, a heating element, and a cotton sponge soaked in e-liquid. At ePuffer, we changed that.
