What’s included in the XPOD NEO starter kit?
Each kit includes one XPOD NEO device in your selected colour, two blank 2 ml refillable pods, two empty 10 ml NEO Bottles, a USB-C charging cable and a user manual.
Does the starter kit include e-liquid?
No. The pods and NEO Bottles are supplied empty. Compatible e-liquid is purchased separately.
What is the difference between the pod and the NEO Bottle?
The pod contains a 2 ml e-liquid reservoir and an integrated 0.8 Ω Dual Mesh coil. The separate 10 ml NEO Bottle holds e-liquid for refilling that reservoir.
How many pod fills does one NEO Bottle provide?
A full 10 ml NEO Bottle provides approximately five 2 ml pod fills, depending on the amount transferred each time.
Which e-liquid ratio should I use?
The recommended ratio is 50% PG / 50% VG. Supported ratios range from 50–70% PG and 30–50% VG. Use compatible e-liquid and follow the product instructions.
Does NEOMATIC refill the pod automatically?
No. NEOMATIC Push-to-Fill Technology is manually activated. With the filled NEO Bottle connected and locked to the pod, invert the assembly and press the mouthpiece towards the pod to transfer e-liquid. Release when filled. Follow the illustrated refill guide and user manual.
How do I maintain the correct e-liquid level?
Keep the e-liquid above the minimum line marked on the pod’s inner reservoir. Avoid operating the pod when the level is too low, and follow the user manual for first use and refilling.
How do I charge XPOD NEO?
