I’d like to start by saying that Epuffer as a company and its customer service are amazing. From placing my order right through to receiving the product, everything has been very easy and straightforward.
I’ll be honest - I had started to lose faith in a lot of cigar vape companies, but Epuffer has reminded me what old-fashioned customer service should be like. So, well done to the whole team!
As for the Robusto cigar itself, I think it’s very well designed, well built and feels like a quality product. Could improvements be made? Yes, but I’d say they are only minor ones.
The refillable pods can have some very small leaks when being used, although nothing major. I’ve found that the pre-loaded pods haven’t leaked at all, which I assume is because they are sealed units. That said, I really like the fact that Epuffer gives you the option of using refillable pods, as it gives you more flexibility and choice.

I put an order in today for liquid and coil packs and within 30mins I had a phone call from Epuffer just checking I had ordered the correct coil pack as they could see I had recently purchased the new 2024 version vape pipe. I was buying spare coils for my old version pipe but was very impressed at the service and Epuffer wanted to be sure the order was correct . Fantastic service at a time when other companies service levels are not as good . Well done Epuffer keep up the great service .thank you

Incredible customer service

Great range of liquids and the best tobacco flavours I have managed to find so far. The closest thing to actually smoking without having a cigarette, pipe or cigar. Service is always good with deliveries turning up promptly afyer ordering. Has help me quit a 35 year smoking habit.
