Its well over 6 weeks now iv been trying to buy new coils, this is a very good pipe but useless and a waste of money without coils.

I don't like to give bad reviews This is more of an observation I bought some coils a few weeks ago They were burning out within the week so I read some reviews on here and noticed that I should be using a 70 30 mix So I bought some English flake which is gorgeous by the way for the first 7 days Then it starts to Taste burnt. I only use my pipe a couple of hours in the evening I also use E puffer batteries So what is going on E Puffa ???

these last between 2 days a 4 weeks, very expensive to replace. they really should last 6 months to 12 months in my opinion. my last epuffer pipe the original one lasted for 10 years.. funny that

Customer Service Reply: Thank you for your feedback. A heating coil's lifetime depends on the PG/VG ratio of an eliquid and frequency of refilling. In a tank that is filled 1-2 times a day, it usually lasts for up to a month, but it can also burn out sooner, if you are refilling more often and/or using an eliquid with more than 40% VG (Vegetable Glycerine) ratio. Recommended PG/VG: 70/30 or 60/40. The original 2012 Pipe you are referring to used cartridges and did not have a tank with a replaceable heating element.

A couple of years ago go I gave a superb review regarding these coils, ok I have had the odd dud one that burns out on contact with the battery that's fair enough you can't complain about that.

But today just had three in a row burn out after a couple of puffs bearing in mind I let them soak for a good 20 minutes. The one I'm vaping with now is fine, I am hoping this is is just a bad batch not the end of the world but if it happens again I will contact customer service, on a brighter note I'm very pleased that they are back in stock. Thank you you still the best pipe on the planet.

What's happened - your message says the coils arrived on site today but they are still "out of stock"???

I've given 3 stars because of the lack of information recently, regarding the ever out of stock coils. Whilst I appreciate your difficulties, it would be really appreciated if you could update the status of the coils which you said were in transit weeks ago. The last update was 12 days ago and still no coils. Thank you.

Hi can you please tell me what is happening with the coils. The site previously showed expected on 15/11 but is still showing out of stock. I have a lovely 629x which I cannot use for lack of coils. Thank you

I like this 629x Pipe very much. I have owned many different pipes over the last five to six years and the 629x is way better than any of them. My only problem (major) I have with it is getting regular supply of new atomisers E-puffer seem to have an ongoing problem securing a consistent availability of said atomiser. I was informed early September 2021 that stock would be replenished by the last week in September 2021. We are almost into mid October 2021 and still no signs of new stock .On my last one now……HELP

Can you please let me have some idea when the coils will be back in stock, I was planning on purchasing another pipe as a gift but the constant uncertainty of coil availability is proving to be an obstacle.

Pipe is great, lack of available coils makes the pipe a waste of money. Are these things ever in stock? I only bought the pipe a few months ago and it’s now in a drawer because of lack of coils
