Quality control seems to have slipped recently. The last batch I received contained a couple of duds. I'm now down to my last one and disappointed not to be able to order a new box,

I concur with all the comments made by Phil in connection with coils for the epipe model 629x. I was particularly interested to hear about the dud coils. I thought I was doing something wrong which caused the coils not to perform. It seems now that was not the case. Great pipe but disappointed about the long wait for coils. Hope the new coils are more reliable.

The coil is a basic requirement for users of this item , to become out of stock with several weeks until restock shows very very poor stock control and a lack of customer interest , I just hope the one I have left lasts a couple of weeks and is not a dud like several of the others I have tried to use from the last batch I had from you. on a positive note the pipe its self is proving to be the best I have tried and I have tried most e pipes on the market in the UK . so as its now the only pipe I want to use please ensure your stock control is as good as your pipe. and lastly when are we going to see replacement 1200 batteries like the ones that came with the set. you only have the old pre 2021 1100 batteries in stock.

A new batch of 1.0 coils will ship to our warehouses this Friday and you will receive an email notification as soon as they are available for purchase. 1200 mAh batteries are in production and will become available for purchase in the Spares section soon.

It would be useful to state when the new stock is expected so that I can use my pipe a bit less if the delay is likely to be more than a week or two.

Dear Jeremy, thanks for your feedback. The new 2021 coils are in test production now and should be available for sale soon.

I have just worked out out that I have been chain vaping on the same coil for over 100 hours and it is still delivering the perfect vape.

These coils are very much top end.
And very impressed, for the purpose of this review you I made a note when I change my coil it has been 33 days now I vape my pipe at least three hours per evening, and the coil is still a clean untainted perfect vape, so no need to change yet, everyday is a bonus.
Thank you epuffer for supplying top end top quality vaping equipment not to mentioned you're excellent and professional customer service.

Great product but been out of stock for a number of weeks. Is there an alternative?
